What we sell

Media, websites, brand kits, production, music, and retainers as scoped in writing. Package ranges on this site are ranges, not quotes. A fit call does not create a contract. A signed scope and a 50% deposit do.

Deposits and revisions

Fifty percent of the Wick fee is due to start. Two revision rounds are included unless the scope says otherwise. Extra rounds are billed. Remainder is due before final files, launch, or masters. Unused retainer time does not bank past 30 days.

Intellectual property

Wick retains working files, project files, and unused takes until the invoice is paid. On payment of the Wick invoice, the client receives a license to use the delivered masters and site in the ordinary course of their business. Music, fonts, stock, and third-party tools stay under their own licenses. We do not transfer the right to resell the edit as a template. Liberty Report, Forbidden Truth, and Future Past properties remain with their own LLCs.

Capital is separate

Wick does not lend, guarantee funding, or sell loan products. Any funding conversation is a separate file at Great Lakes Capital Desk. Desk compensation, when it exists, is not part of the Wick media invoice. See Disclaimer and Capital.

No sensitive credit data

Do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or credit reports through Wick forms or to hello@wickenterprises.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit fraudulent inquiries, scrape content, or upload malware. We may refuse work that is spec, dishonest about credit, or outside the owner profile we take.

Limitation

To the extent Michigan law allows, Wick is not liable for lost profits, lost capital, or indirect damages arising from use of this site or from a declined, delayed, or approved program at a separate desk. Media delivery dates are estimates.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is in Michigan. Related: Privacy.
