The split
Media, web, brand, production, and music stay with Wick. If the funding conversation is real, it goes to Great Lakes Capital Desk. Two rooms. One owner. Separate files. Read Capital before you send anything sensitive. Never send a Social Security number, date of birth, or credit report to Wick.
Contract expectations

- 50% deposit to start
- Two revision rounds inside the scope
- Remainder before final files, launch, or masters
- Extra rounds billed; unused retainer time does not bank past 30 days
